WPC Doors, Frames, Door Skin & Profiles

This WPC catalogue brings together complete door designs and components for coordinated interior door supply. It covers foam-core doors with WPC skins, hollow-section WPC panels, assembled door systems, frame profiles, decorative trims and hardware references. These are different construction options; specify the selected system and finish before comparing quotations.

Door Construction Options

The foam-door illustration shows PVC film, approximately 2 mm WPC door skins, a wood or WPC perimeter structure, PU foam and PVC edge banding. The separate full-WPC range uses hollow-section panels and presents painted or film-laminated finishes. The assembly-door section shows framed designs and sectional arrangements.

• 40 mm WPC panels: catalogue widths of 710, 730, 830, 930 and 1000 mm.
• 45 mm WPC panels: catalogue widths of 610, 710, 760, 810, 860, 910 and 1000 mm.
• Door designs: plain, grooved, panelled and glazed-style references, depending on the construction family.

Panel dimensions are source references rather than finished clear-opening sizes. Confirm leaf height, trimming limits, reinforcement for hinges and locks, edge finish and the complete assembled dimensions on the approved drawing.

Frames, Profiles and Colours

The catalogue includes A, B, C, D, E and other frame-profile families, assembly profiles, decorative lines and connecting arrangements. Select frame depth and architrave dimensions to suit the finished wall thickness. The colour section includes wood-grain and plain finishes; approve a physical sample because screen images and print colours may differ from the supplied surface.

Handles, lock cases, cylinders and hinges are illustrated as compatible supply references. Hardware selection must match the leaf construction, handing, lock preparation and intended use. Confirm which components are supplied with each door set.

Performance and Installation

The brochure uses moisture-resistance and sound-insulation descriptions, but does not provide a universal tested acoustic or fire rating for the range. Request current technical data and test documentation for any specified performance requirement. Suitability for wet areas, exterior exposure and cleaning chemicals should be confirmed for the exact panel, coating, edges and hardware assembly.
