Availability, manufacturer, price, lead time, shipping, payment milestones and any warranty are confirmed separately in a written quotation or supply contract. An RFQ or catalogue listing alone does not create a purchase order or binding sale. A supply order is governed by its accepted quotation, purchase order and\/or signed agreement.<\/p>\n Materials may be sourced or manufactured to order by third-party suppliers. No general stock or standard dispatch period is promised. Samples, technical submittals, quality inspection, certifications, Incoterms and delivery schedules must be agreed for each transaction where applicable.<\/p>\n Before accepting a quotation or purchase order, customers may withdraw their RFQ. Once an order is accepted, cancellation, changes and any associated charges depend on the agreed contract, supplier commitments, production status and applicable law. Please request written confirmation before assuming that an order can be cancelled or amended.<\/p>\n Returns are not automatically available under a uniform retail return window for project-specific B2B sourcing. Any agreed return procedure, inspection deadline, return freight and associated costs should be stated in the applicable quotation or contract. If goods arrive damaged or materially different from the agreed specifications, contact us promptly with the order reference, photographs, delivery documents and a description of the issue so it can be assessed against the contract and applicable legal rights. There is no standard website shipping fee, free-shipping threshold or guaranteed retail delivery window. The accepted quotation or supply agreement specifies the delivery location, transport mode, agreed Incoterms rule and version, freight and insurance scope, customs clearance responsibilities, import duties, taxes and any site unloading or installation services. Production and transit schedules are confirmed separately; changes are coordinated with the project team.<\/p>\n Deposits, staged payments, refunds and any credit notes are governed by the accepted quotation or contract and applicable law.
