Can I start without paying?
Yes. Buyers can start browsing on a free account. Manufacturers can register and submit one product on the free plan.
Do I need to know the category tree to search?
No. Buyers can search using a product name and review the matching site and manufacturer products.
When will a factory product appear?
After factory verification and product review are completed. A submission may be pending, approved, or returned for changes. Incomplete information or contact details in public images may require corrections. No fixed review turnaround is currently promised; contact support with your account email for an update.
Can a manufacturer change uploaded files?
Yes. Product images and supporting files can be managed from the factory dashboard. Changes may require a new review.
Is an account a guarantee of an order or supplier performance?
No. Buyers should verify specifications, commercial terms and supplier suitability before placing an order.
