Terms and Conditions — Marouf Intelligence (MSID)

1. Platform operator and purpose

Marouf Intelligence is operated by Hany Marouf Mohamed Marouf under the Marouf Türk brand. Contact: info@maroufturk.com. Registered business address: ÜÇEVLER MAH., 939 SK., NO: 32, BLOK B, DAİRE 51, ESENYURT / İSTANBUL, TÜRKİYE. MSID is a business platform for product discovery, manufacturer listings and requests for quotation. A listing, verification review or membership does not guarantee an order, product quality, supplier performance or project outcome.

2. Accounts and verification

Choose the correct account type and provide accurate information that you are authorized to submit. Verify your email and protect your login credentials. Buyers are not required to complete manufacturer verification or publish a product. Manufacturers must complete the applicable factory and product reviews before publication. Do not impersonate another business or upload material you are not entitled to use.

3. Free and paid access

Public Marouf Materials may be browsed without an account. Browsing registered manufacturer products requires a buyer account. Free buyers can view permitted product information and approved public images; manufacturer identity, contacts and restricted supplier documents remain subject to paid access. Manufacturer plans currently allow one product on the free plan and up to five on paid plans, subject to review.

4. Prices, payment and renewal

Buyer membership is USD 20 per month or USD 250 per year. Manufacturer membership is USD 30 per month or USD 250 per year. The buyer annual plan does not currently offer a price saving over twelve monthly payments. Applicable taxes and the payable total are shown before payment. Membership payments currently purchase a single term; renewal is manual and no automatic recurring charge is scheduled. Only payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available. Bank transfers require payment confirmation before paid access begins.

5. Cancellation, payment questions and refunds

You may choose not to renew. Cancelling future renewal does not itself refund an existing payment, and paid access normally remains available until the end of the paid term. Contact support with your account email and payment reference for cancellation or refund requests, duplicate payments or failed access activation. Requests are assessed against the transaction facts and applicable mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Listings, files and review

Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy and rights to their product information, images and documents. Public assets must comply with platform visibility rules. Submissions may be pending, approved or returned for changes; changes to assets may require another review. No fixed review turnaround is promised. Commercial and tax registration documents are submitted for administration verification and are excluded from buyer-facing profiles.

7. RFQs and supplier transactions

RFQs and quotations communicate a business requirement or proposal. They are not, by themselves, confirmation of an order or payment. Buyers and suppliers must confirm specifications, quantities, delivery, certificates, prices and contractual terms with the relevant counterparty. A separate supply agreement governs any supply transaction.

8. Acceptable use and account restrictions

Do not upload unlawful or misleading material, malware, spam or another person’s confidential documents without authority. Do not attempt to bypass access permissions or misuse another account. The platform may restrict access or return listings for correction when required for security, verification or compliance; contact support to request clarification or review.

9. Privacy and data requests

Personal data is processed as described in the سياسة الخصوصية. Requests for access, correction, export or deletion can be sent to info@maroufturk.com and may require identity verification. Payment and accounting records may be retained when legally required.

10. Changes and contact
