Orders, Samples, Inspection & Shipping

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the selected product, manufacturer and customisation. Send the item reference and quantity so we can confirm the applicable minimum in our quotation.

Can I request samples?

Sample availability, sample cost and delivery charges are confirmed for the selected product before dispatch. Include your delivery address and the required finish or specification when requesting a sample.

How are quality inspections and shipping arranged?

Inspection scope, acceptance criteria, packing, shipping terms and delivery responsibilities are agreed for each order. Ask for the required technical documents and any inspection report before approving production or shipment.
