Formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems cover different stages of concrete construction and site access. The two-part Marouf Türk 2020 catalogue presents coordinated system families for walls, columns, slabs, facade work and temporary protection. Select each family according to the project layout and the temporary works design.

Wall and column formwork

• TIMBERFORM: H20 timber-beam wall and column formwork with steel walers and a plywood facing. TIMBERFORM-DP is the circular-wall variant.
• OSF: single-sided formwork arrangements with supporting frames and associated connection components.
• RAPIDO and RAPID: panel formwork families with wall, corner and column configurations. The catalogue also presents steel-surface column formwork.

Climbing and core applications

The OCF collection includes shaft platforms, standard climbing formwork, gear-operated climbing arrangements and hydraulic climbing systems. Windboard facade protection panels are shown as a separate configuration. Platforms, brackets, anchors and working clearances must be coordinated with the concrete structure and construction sequence.

Slab support and shoring

• SLABFORM and SLABFORM-LT: frame-based shoring systems for slab and beam support, with base jacks, heads, braces and related handling components.
• H-TOWER: a separate shoring tower family.
• CUP-LOCK: modular cup-lock scaffolding and support arrangements.
• SLABFLEX: telescopic props with tripods and supporting heads for slab formwork enquiries.

Frame and prop capacities depend on the selected component, extension, bracing, layout and support conditions. Request the applicable configuration data and calculations for the project rather than treating a catalogue value as a universal system rating.

Facade and industrial access

SAFETYSCAFF is the facade scaffolding family, with frames, decks, guardrails, access components and illustrated corner or circular arrangements. UNISCAFF is the ring-lock family, shown in facade access, stair towers, mobile towers, large working areas and industrial configurations. Its catalogue examples include tanks, pipe racks, shipyard access and hanging scaffolds.

Protection and material handling

The collection also includes SAFETYNET protection consoles, FORMDECK material loading platforms and SAFETYBOARD edge-protection panels. These are distinct assemblies with their own anchorage, installation and inspection requirements.
