NEOX Silicone, Sealants & PU Foam

The NEOX silicone and foam catalogue brings together sealing, filling and bonding products for construction, installation and maintenance. The range includes universal and specialist silicones, polyurethane mastics, aerosol PU foams and hybrid adhesives. Each formulation has its own substrate compatibility and application limits; select the product reference before comparing pack sizes or performance.

Silicone Sealant Range

S2 and S4 universal silicones are catalogue options for sealing around non-porous surfaces such as glass, tiles and ceramics. The range also includes neutral silicone, separate aquarium and mirror products, and sanitary or shower sealants. These are distinct formulations: suitability for mirrors, aquariums or sanitary joints should be confirmed for the selected reference.

• S2 and S4 universal silicone: 280 g packs, 24 per carton; catalogue colours include white, transparent, black and grey.
• Sanitary and shower sealants: selected 310 ml references, 24 per carton, in white or transparent.
• PU mastic: 50 Shore A catalogue reference in 280 ml cartridges, 12 per carton, or 600 ml sausages, 20 per carton. Listed colours include white, black, grey and red.

PU Foams and Bonding Products

The catalogue presents multipurpose foam, montage foam, gun-applied foam, stone and brick adhesive foam, and a separate EPS/XPS insulation-board adhesive foam. S840 montage and gun-foam references are listed as 750 ml / 840 g, with 16 cans per carton. Polyurethane foam cures with moisture and may be cut or painted after curing, according to the selected product instructions.

Application and Documentation

Confirm joint dimensions, movement requirements, substrate condition, indoor or outdoor exposure and application temperature.
