TEKNO Restoration and Construction Chemicals

The TEKNO catalogue available through Marouf Türk focuses on restoration systems for historical masonry structures. It brings together natural hydraulic lime, compatible repair and injection mortars, surface treatments and reinforcement materials. Lime, Plaster and Repair Mortars

• Teknorep 500 and 550: natural hydraulic lime binders for restoration mortar preparation.
• Teknorep 510: natural hydraulic lime-based plaster.
• Teknorep 520 and 520 Ex: lime-based repair and masonry mortars.
• Teknorep 530: lime-based injection mortar for appropriate masonry consolidation work.
• Teknorep 560: lime-based Khorasan mortar.
• Teknopuzolan: natural pozzolana used in compatible restoration mixtures.

Surface Care and Protection

The catalogue includes Teknolatex 450 AC acrylic resin, Teknocleaner surface cleaning chemicals, Teknosil and Teknosil W water-repellent treatments, and Teknosil H stone consolidation material. These products have different compositions and application requirements. Confirm substrate compatibility, moisture conditions, appearance after treatment and a trial area before selecting a system.

Reinforcement and Bonding Systems

Carbon fibre fabrics, plates, rods and reinforcement tapes appear alongside glass and basalt fibre products and reinforcement meshes. Related Teknobond epoxy adhesives, primers and anchoring materials are also documented. Fibre orientation, mesh type, anchorage and resin selection must follow the project engineer’s design and the current system instructions.
