Seismic isolation and damping systems are presented in the FAGO 2024 catalogue for project-specific structural applications. The illustrated range includes rubber bearings, sliding bearings, dampers, movement-gap details and monitoring equipment. Marouf Türk supports enquiries based on the system specified by the project engineering team.

Seismic isolation bearing families

• LRB: lead rubber bearings.
• LNR: linear natural rubber bearings.
• HDR: high-damping rubber bearings.
• FPS: friction pendulum bearings.
• ESB: flat sliding bearing systems, identified in the catalogue as Elastic Slider Bearing.

These families use different components and operating principles. They are not interchangeable on the basis of appearance or a generic product name. Bearing loads, displacement requirements, connections and installation details must follow the selected project design.

Dampers and related components

The catalogue also includes viscous fluid dampers (VFD), metal dampers (MD), friction dampers (FD), buckling-restrained braces (BRB), anti-wind devices (AWR) and anti-tension components (AT). Fire protection coverings (FPC) and seismic gap coverings (SGC) are shown as related system details.

Monitoring and project documentation

Integrated monitoring systems (IMS) and structural health monitoring equipment (SHM) are included in the range. The catalogue illustrates production, prototype testing and installation stages, with application examples across buildings, bridges and public facilities. Test information and certificates must be checked for the exact proposed device and project requirements.
