Design Codes and Surface Patterns

Illustrated references include the sunburst designs 5200, 5210 and 5220 and classical decorative designs 5300, 5310 and 5320. The catalog presents panel references 7900, 7910 and 7920 alongside narrow decorative inserts coded 9000, 9100, 9200 and 9300. Use the exact code and an approved drawing or sample to avoid confusing a full door-face sheet with a narrower insert.

Catalog Sheet Sizes and Thicknesses

The main door-sheet pages list nominal sheet sizes of 100 × 200 cm, 85 × 200 cm and 75 × 200 cm. The narrow-insert page lists 33 × 200 cm, 50 × 200 cm and 75 × 200 cm. Confirm which size applies to the selected design and the required trim allowance.

Listed thickness options run from 0.50 to 1.20 mm in 0.10 mm increments. These are catalog options; the quotation must confirm the chosen code, sheet size, thickness and current availability together. The catalog does not establish that every design is available in every combination.
