Review the ALCON and ANTRASIL gasket-making and sealing references presented in the Marouf Türk catalogue. The range includes neutral and RTV gasket makers for selected engine and pump assemblies, polyurethane mastics, silicone sealants and MS-hybrid products. Gasket-maker selection

• ANTRASIL neutral gasket maker: 200 ml automatic-dose packs and separate 90 g tubes, shown in black, red and grey.
• HYPER-RTV: 200 ml automatic-dose packs in black, red and grey; 50 ml and 90 g references are shown separately in black and red.
• JELLOCK Orange: a 50 ml gasket-maker reference for metal flange applications.
• Shellac Universal Gasket Bond: a separate 50 ml shellac-based gasket-bonding reference.

Service-temperature references

Temperature limits are not uniform across the range. For example, the catalogue lists -40°C to +300°C for ANTRASIL 200 ml and -40°C to +200°C for HYPER-RTV 200 ml. The smaller tube references have their own stated limits. Confirm the current data sheet, exposure duration, fluid compatibility and assembly requirements for the exact product before specifying it.

Sealants and joint-filling products

ALCON PU Mastic 2621 is shown in cartridge and sausage formats for selected automotive and building-joint applications. MS Hybrid Sealant is shown as a 290 ml cartridge reference. The catalogue also includes transparent silicone tubes, silicone cartridges, a red high-temperature RTV silicone and Foam Fix polyurethane foam.

Polyurethane mastic, silicone, MS hybrid and PU foam are distinct material families. Select them against joint movement, substrate, finish, weather exposure and application method. A product intended for building joints should not be assumed suitable as an engine gasket, and catalogue temperature values do not establish a fire-resistance rating.
